Post subject:  Einstiens with Cybersync CSXCV Transceiver & Sekonic L758DR

Is the Sekonic L758DR compatible with the CSXCV Transceivers? I can not get it to fire the strobs any help would be great. Thanks

The built in module of the sekonic is not compatible with the CSXCV. The module is a Pocket Wizard device, while CSXCV is a CyberSync device. They run on different frequencies and different encoding.

You can connect a CST to virtually any flash meter and use the meter as though it was connected to a light. Or use the flashmeter in cordless mode and fire the flashes with a CST by using its test button.

Thanks that is what I thought. I will just use the cyber commanders meter for now.
