First, remove the batteries and let it sit for some time. Overnight should be plenty of time, but give it at least 10 minutes. Re-install batteries. If the problem persists, change frequencies. If the problem persists, there is a problem with the unit, and we will need to fix this under warranty.
If the problem is solved by the batteries out, then there was a weird electronics issue that required a reset. (not likely)
If the problem was resolved by a frequency change, then there may be something being broadcast on that frequency by another CyberSync device. This would be especially true if the two receivers were not on the same frequency.
I gave an order to this, but it can be done in any order. And for giggles, try also removing the batteries from the other receiver during your tests.
