I have problem connecting the Fotodiox 10SBXPPT60OTEZ Pro Studio Solutions EZ-Pro 60-Inch Octagon Softbox with Speedring for Profoto Compact Lights Series D1 250 (Black) with e640

The one you linked is for Profoto heads...

If you bought the one you linked, it won't work because the mount is wrong.
If you bought the one I linked to, it should work fine.

You should be contacting the Fotodiox folks and ask if you can replace the Profoto mount w/ an AB/Balcar mount. Looks like it might be possible, but only they would know for sure and whether you can buy the mount separately...

I have the same softbox which has a replaceable insert. You can just buy the Fotodiox AB insert which is about $9.00.
