Hi.
I have 2 Cybersync CST's and they have been working perfectly. Recently, one of them will function my lights by pressing the Test button, but will not work on the camera. The other one functions both ways.

Any ideas?

The contact ball on the bottom could be stuck in the up position, or there could be a connection loss in there some where.

If the unit is less than 2 years old, we can correct that for you under warranty, if you contact customer service.

Hello, Can you please tell me how to unstick the button on the bottom of the CST Transmitter? Just using my finger nail doesn't work. Thank you.
