I just bought the CyberCommander and 5 receivers and I have a Canon 60D that works with TTL external flashes, but I can't get the camera to recognize the CyberCommander as a "flash" transmitter. The error I'm getting is "This menu cannot be displayed. Incompatible flash or flash's power is turned off" from the Canon.

This is my first attempt with flash equipment as I usually shoot day rodeos, but have an event this weekend inside a bar with bulls and need to get this working. Help!! Thanks in advance!!

The Cyber Commander is not a TTL device, ergo it will not show up in the camera's menu.
(Similar to putting any manual only flash on the camera.)

Right. The menu option is for dedicated to Canon speedlights or dedicated remotes. Manual/"dumb" speedlites and remotes (like CyberSync) will not allow that menu function to be available.

If the unit is not triggering, try turning off live view, if it is on. Also, thee is a flash menu option which should be available that allows flash firing to be enabled or disabled. Choose enable.
