My CyberCommander V40 is turning on - Turns the Einstein all the way up - Rapid Fires - Then Turns off. It does this over and over with no way to stop it. I have taken the batteries out and tried it again. Same result. I take the battery out, turn on the Einstein and the flash operates as normal. It's the Cyber Commander that is causing the issues. At this point it is unusable. Any thoughts? I take very good care of this and is safely stored when not in use. |

Try removing the SD card. Also, with the light unplugged. Turn the CC on and see if the channel is set for the light to be at full power. If you have multiple lights does this happen with all of them? |

If you have multiple lights does this happen with all of them? Thank you for the suggestion of taking out the SD card but results are the same. The CC won't stay on long enough to do anything with it. It won't allow me to push any buttons to change settings before it turns itself off. I have tried 3 sets of different batteries thinking that was the issue. Same result. Any other thoughts as to what I should do? |

At this point, it sounds like the unit will need to come in for inspection. Information on repair can be found here: http://www.paulcbuff.com/repair.php |
