Please anyone explain why my cyber commander does not detects both my Einstein 640. I tried the "Open memory" and chose the "studio" but only one of Einstein got detected at the same time. Both CyberSync™ Transceivers works as I tried them individual. However, I am not be able to get them both detected on my cyber commander. It's only show one light and I am only be able control one light. I tried everything.
Thanks.

Make sure they each match in frequency, and differ in channels. Also make sure they are both on (while not technically necessary, it makes set up easier).

If this does not work, try a different matching frequency on all devices.
