Hi all,

I've bought 4 E640 units a couple of month ago and now I've a problem with one of them. The flash doesn't fire anymore. I've replaced the tube with a brand new one and still the same problem. The modeling light is OK, it turns off then on when I push the Test button but no flash.
The unit simply stopped working during a shooting session, in studio, without moving it.

Any ideas of what can be the problem ?

If the light is not flashing with a known good flash tube, properly installed, then the unit will need to be sent in for repair.

OK. I sent a email to the european support as I'm in France but I've no answer at the moment.
I need it to be fixed as soon as possible as I need it for my work.
Can't I contact the US support ?
