I may be imagining this but it seems like the 25w modeling lamp recommended for use with the Einstein and Vagabond Mini combination is a bit on the red side. This seems to get more pronounced as the wattage is lowered. |

Look reddish as compared to what? The model lamps are incandescent lights, which will be in the neighborhood of 3000K, and will go lower as voltage is reduced. |

Generally speaking, model lamps most flash units on the market will be incandescent and have uncorrected color temperature. Even those that do will still shift as voltage is reduced. |
