I'm trying to find a decent suggestion for a boom for the Whit Lightning 1600 + 30x60 soft box. Any suggestions?

There are many on the market that would work. If you get one that mounts to our stands, be sure to get one that clamps to the column and not one that mounts to the top stud. Also, with that large of a softbox, I would suggest a drop down pin. This will prevent the combo from spinning on the booms stud, and dropping to the straight down position unwantedly.
