I was adjusting the power level on my cybercommander when all of a sudden the left joystick broke in two. Seems like the plastic became brittle over time and started to turn yellow. The interface itself is in tact, just the plastic bit that goes over the knob is broken.

It looks like all i need is a replacement cover rather than having to ship the cybercommander in for repair.

We can send you replacement caps. Email or call customer service and confirm your current address with a request for the caps, and we will get some out to you promptly.

Posting a follow-up. Thanks customer service team for sending the replacement knobs! The cybercommander is back up and running.
