Hello all

I've been having an issue with my bee. After shooting for a little bit the bee stops firing and just the flash tube will fire dimly (best way to describe it). I sent my bee in and they seemed to fix the issue, but set my bee up for a wedding tonight and the same issue occurred sooner than it had before sending in for repair. Maybe after 5-8 shots the need starting doing this issue. I would turn it off and back on for it to work and then issue would repeat after a few shots.

Any ideas what this can be? I'm using impact power syncs. I've change the batteries in the trigger, so I'm not thinking they are misfiring especially because the flash tube goes off slightly.

The bee is still under warranty so I plan to send back to Paul C, but I feel this issue shouldn't be happening since its been services already.

Thanks!
Nick

Is the telephone jack being used (it does not sound like it is, but just making sure)? Assuming it is not in use, then there is likely still an issue in the light. Please contact our repair department and they will assist you in getting that light back in for service.

No, it's not being used. I did contact the tech department. Just waiting to hear back from my email.

Thanks
Nick
