Is it possible to put the Cyber Commander in the hotshoe of a Pocket Wizard Mini tt1 on camera and

trigger both Einstiens/cyber reciever set up and a speedlight/Flex TT5 setup at the same time.. ?

I think I have heard of people doing this, but I do not know what limitations may be imposed.
