I have two cybersync CSR AC receivers, and recently one of them has been not working properly.

I have swapped sync cords around, and issue stays on same light. Swap receivers around and the problem moves to the other light. So I know its in the receiver.

Light 1 (working light)
All power on and everything connected. Working receiver blinks green at normal pace. Hit test its button and light 1 fires.

Light 2 (not working light)
All power on and everything connected. Non working receiver blinks green at normal pace. Hit its test button and light 2 does not fire.

I then held the test button on both receivers until the green light blinks at a faster pace.
Both receivers are on same frequency.
Light 1 with faster green blink, hit its test button, fires light 1
Light 2 with faster green blink, hit its test button, fires light 1 also. Light 2 does not respond. (Didnt know the receiver could send out a signal to control another receiver. lol)

I get no rattle or noises coming from inside the non working receiver when I shake it, so I don't believe anything is loose inside.

Suggestions? I live in nashville area. Would it be best to bring the product to the nashville facility?

You can bring it in, and we can verify that it is not working. If it is under warranty we can take care of it then. If it is outside of warranty, then it will need to be replaced with a new purchase.
