Hello All,

First time post here.

I use a Nikon D600 with a Cyber Commander. 2 E640s and 2 AB800s.

I also have a Nikon V1 with its proprietary hot shoe. I would like to use the V1 with my Buff lighting. Can any genius on this site help me figure out how to make it work?

I have not seen an adapter for the Nikon mirror-less cameras. However, you could use the SB-N7 in manual control mode and add an optical slave to the CST/CC.

I was hoping we can put our technical genius minds together and come up with an adapter. And by we, of course I mean someone other than me :)

Jokes aside, I am sure Nikon crippled the 1 series to protect the DSLRs, but there are plenty of people chatting about how to get around this deficiency.

Anyone up for it?
