I'm new to this site so let me apologize ahead of time if this has been addressed previously. I purchased three CSR+ units and one Cyber Commander about a year ago. I work full time in a field that is not photography so I have not had the chance to try these units out until this week. I purchased batteries and put them in the Cyber Commander. The unit turns on and as I page through the menu options the screen will display the low battery warning inside of a minute and then the screen fades out after about two minutes. I purchased fresh batteries thinking that would solve the issue but I get the same results. Is there something I'm missing or could the unit be defective? One last thing; I just took the batteries out and they are very warm. Thanks in advance. |

With the batteries getting hot, I would suggest the unit needs to be sent in for service. If possible, also include one of the sets of batteries (not installed). Please visit this link for details on how to send the unit in. http://www.paulcbuff.com/repair.php |
