Please tell me on a diagnostic panel shows the actual voltage on the capacitors?
For this line, you can diagnose the problem of the converter, which charges the capacitors?
After a sudden power outage E-640 has ceased to flash, but the rest of the system working properly.

Thank you.

The cap voltage line tells you what the the voltage to which the capacitors are charged. This will vary based on the current power setting. I doubt this will tell you anything useful to diagnose the flash unit. If the unit is not firing, you can try changing flash tubes, though I doubt that is the problem. Otherwise, it should be sent in for repair.
