I've seen posts about this but can't seem to be able to decide which way to go to cover most situations…PLM or not..…shoot through, bounce, etc…. … but also do large team indoor work like swim which could have 50-60 kids…3/4 rows… 20-25 feet wide and 10ft deep….but if thats to broad, thoughts on equipment and technique on the typical shot attached below would be appreciated!

I use the 86 inch soft silver with diffusion for team basketball shots in conjunction with an Einstein. Works well for me with even light across the entire team grouping.

thanks...so just one main light? I assume over your head, behind camera? thx
