Hi all, I have a Vagabond II, but the inverter is unrepairable. I am looking for recommendations for pure sine wave inverters to power Alien Bee 1600's. I do own the Vagabond Lithium, but hate to waste a good battery. I would likely hook up two lights to the battery. Thanks.

Well, you ask for a non PCB inverter, with which I cannot help. However, you can purchase another VML inverter to use with the VII battery. Custom cords and an external charger would be required (as it would probably be with any other inverter). In that case, you would have reached or nearly reached the cost of another VII inverter.
