Will the Photogenic Ion Pure Sine Wave Inverter Lithium-Ion 8.8AH 120WH work with two B1600's? Meaning, the battery's voltage drop while recharging the B1600's will not cause an issue.

Considering it is a near identical rip off of the VML, I would say it will work fine. VML voltage will drop as will all other Vagabond units. If the voltage didn't drop, the inverter would shut down, as it thinks the initial draw is a spike. This voltage drop on an inverter of this capacity will lengthen recycle times at higher Ws loads.
