Post subject: | Modifiers falling off of Einstein |
Hi there, I've seen this posted before, but the clamps on my Einstein unit are very loose, causing modifiers to fall off. I really hate to send it in, as I have a couple of other lights that are down right now and I was wondering if there was a way that I could tighten them? They're likely out of warranty anyways, so I'm not worried about that, I just hate to be without it. If there's no way to tighten them, can I buy replacement clamps? |

There is no means for the end user to repair or replace the faceplate/fingers. The light would need to come in for repair. |
