That's why I just ordered 2 PLM 64s. I want a white as well, wasn't sure if I wanted to go bigger or smaller. Now I know. A small white shoot-thru and I'll be good.

Until i get that, then I'll find something else I need. :D

Just to complete my prior post, a trip to Lowes and $0.68 later I now have 4 nuts that fit on the PLM speedring bolt. Both speedrings now fit nicely into a small box with the shafts removed and it's a simple matter to screw them in tot he permanently attached bolts when needed. Much less likely to get bent or broken carrying them disassembled.

Makes carrying and storage much better.

Hopefully I'll have time tonight to actually shoot with them.

Did you find knobbed bolts?

No, I'm using the bolts that came with the PLM, just put a nut on it to hold it in place on the speedring so I can remove the extension tube without messing with the bolt and washers. Now the bolt is fixed in place and I can screw/unscrew just the extension.

It seemed like 4 weeks...Maybe I am wrong! Maybe because after I ordered, I kind of didn't think about unit it shipped. I'll check with CS again to verify!

I haven't got a chance to use it yet! Work kind of hit hard right after the holidays and didn't have any time to use the PLM yet. I can't wait...! It does look impressive!
