I just picked up 2 CSRB+ units secondhand, to go along with my CyberCommander to trigger & control my Alien Bees until I upgrade to Einsteins. One of the CSRB+ units works just fine, while the other does not. I'm following the directions precisely: Turn on B800, set to full power, insert dummy plug, push all rear buttons in, then connect phone jack/CSRB+. For the unit I can't get to work, the red dump light stays on (on the B800) and never goes green. I can get one test flash off, then it won't fire anymore. Am I missing something?

Disregard- today it seems to be working just fine. Didn't change anything, not sure what the issue was.

Remember to push UP on the right joystick while in the main screen of Commander. This will engage the Refresh function. By doing this will help "wake up" receivers.
