I'm in a bit of a bind..

I've had my trusty white lightning 1200's for a while, though I've barely used them since I haven't been able to keep up with photography. I've recently gotten back into it, and these lights are great - amazing lights.

Everything was fine until I let my son use them (mistake #1). He thought the slave light was a button and managed to push it in, not breaking it, but pushing it inside the frame. I can see, and I thought I'd be able to unscrew the back end with the on/off switches, pull it out a bit and adjust it. (mistake #2)

Needless to say that doesn't work that way, and I've unscrewed the 2 screws around where the power plug goes. I've realized that they are screwed in from the inside out, and I have the 2 little gears for the screws - but I need to open up the entire fixture. It's extremely simple, only you can only do it from inside.

I see screws on the body of the white lightning, and just wondering if there were anymore surprises in store before I take it apart.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Due to the risk of high voltage inside the flash, we cannot recommend opening our flash units.

I would recommend contacting our repair department to see what the charge would be to repair the light.

Alternatively, peanut slaves can be purchased to plug into the 1/4" jack on the back of the light. We recommend FlashZebra.com for items such as this.
