Post subject:  MPORTANT NOTICE - WEATHER DELAYS *UPDATE*
We regret that our office is TEMPORARILY CLOSED DUE TO WEATHER and may remain closed or have limited operating hours tomorrow. Nashville is currently experiencing it's second severe winter storm of the season. With impassable roads and we have been forced to close our office for the safety of our employees. We will update our website as soon as we know more.

Unfortunately, this means that orders will be delayed (both in processing and shipping) and our customer service team will be unavailable for assistance by phone or email until our offices reopen. Any orders placed online will be processed when our office reopens, and all emails and phone messages will be returned in the order received at that time.

Please note that orders already processed and picked up for shipment may also be delayed as UPS is experiencing severe weather delays as well.

We apologize for this difficulty and will provide further updates as soon as we can.

For the safety of our employees, due to severe winter weather in the Nashville, TN area, our offices were closed on Thursday, March 5th and we operated with limited hours on Friday, March 6th.

All orders and repairs may be delayed (both in processing and shipping) as we were unable to ship orders due to severe winter weather. We will continue to process online orders placed while our office was closed and can accept new orders placed online or by phone with our apologies for uncertainty in shipping availability.

Please note that orders already processed and picked up for shipment may also be delayed as UPS is experiencing severe weather delays as well.

We apologize for this difficulty and will continue to provide updates as they are available.
