First, set the Cyber Commander to the ALL channel setting, and see if the light will fire. Once fired from ALL, you can select individual channels for individual testing.
Also, on the Cyber Commander, be sure that channel is set to ON. This is indicated by a vertical bar and, ideally, filled with at least some blue. A completely empty bar with a gray dash at the bottom indicates a receiver channel set to standby.
Try swapping power cords and/or AC outlets, as well as removing any extension cords or power strips. While these are generally OK to use, a fault in one may cause problems, which may or may not manifest themselves equally among all lights.
Lastly, check the RJ11 jack on the light itself. There should be four conductors of equal height and equal spacing. And bends, breaks, or other damage could also cause problems.
