:?: I have the AB400 on lowest power using a Nikon D610 and a 50 mm 1.4 lens. Camera settings at 1/200 ISO at 100 and the lowest f stop I can use that isn't completely blown out is f/5.6 I want to use a lower fstop but can't get anything to work. Help!!! |

first, check an image that exhibits the all blown out look. review the image data, and ensure the image was recorded at ISO 100. Some Nikons have a setting that can override a Manual ISO selection. Next,what does the ambient light meter at? In other words, if you take a photo at the some setting, but without the flash, what does the image look like? Also, how Close is the light to your Subject? |
