Hi gents , I have an issue with my CC , i used it while I had the low batteries flashing on the screen and when I pressed a button the CC triggered all the flash like stroboscopes for 2 or 3 seconds and then stoped working , I replaced the batteries , tryed with/out the card , but no help , I can't switch it back on ... :?

Any help or idea would be appreciated .

With known good batteries, try the unit again without the card. If the unit still does not respond, you can try to reload the firmware (as described here: http://www.paulcbuff.com/fw-cc.php)

If that is not successful, then the unit will need to be serviced.

With some totally brand new batteries it came back to life. :P
I took the opportunity to update the firmware by the same time .
