Post subject:  ABR800 Model light replacement issues

The model light light bulbs have burnt out on my ABR800. I replaced them with the hardware store version of the same wattage and they burnt out after about 20 seconds of being on. So i got a higher wattage bulb (20) thinking they wouldn't burnout as easily. Now they oscillate strangely. I'm probably in the wrong with going with a higher bulb but i wasn't sure what else to do. Any thoughts?

What Voltage are the bulbs you are using rated for?

The bulbs that the ABR800 come with are 10W. I just ordered some more 10W ones (the correct ones) In hopes that they wont burn out again and correct the pulsating issue.

The results you are getting are not unexpected if using a 12V 10W or 20W bulb, as the ABR800 is a 24V source.

The replacements from us should work fine.
