During event at an Banquet Hall, I used Einstein as off camera fill light. its triggered by pocket wizard. I noticed it also gets triggered by other flashes in the Hall including point and shoot cameras. The settings also gets reset or change after being triggered by other flashes.
Is there any way to prevent Einstein being triggered by other flashes and only get triggered by my pocket wizard.

You can turn the slave eye off by using the function and arrow buttons on the back panel. Press the function button 4 times to highlight the little window with two arrows and the word "ON". Use the arrow button (up or down) to select the word "OFF".

Also, I would not expect settings to be changed from an optical trigger event, though I can see an immediately subsequent shot being a lower power as it has not had time to recycle. Which Pocket Wizard are you using and what settings are being changed?
