hiya buff crew
i have now 2 strobes with the same issue: the flash output slowly decreased (over at about 10 exposures) and then they didn't fire at all anymore... i have replaced the flashtube with working ones - no change...
the electronics work all fine, they beep after hitting the test button, i can change all settings, the modelling lamp works - they just don't fire flashes anymore... :-/
is this a known issue? what do i do?

That sounds like an internal issue with the lights, which would require them to be sent in for repair.
