Post subject:  Cyber Commander resets every 2 seconds

Batteries ran low in Cyber Commander and I replaced them with new AAA's. Screen comes up Cyber Commander FX Ver 50 then a generic Flash screen then it cycles back through this every 2 seconds or so. Clicking right joystick repeatedly, every once in awhile I see my regular Flash screen, with my ABs set correctly, but I can't access Setup or do anything. Took out batteries, tried another pair of new AAA's after ten minutes. Same thing. Any ideas? Don't tell me it died after it's first bettery change! It isn't 3 months old!!! Argghh! I'm in the middle of a shoot ...

Try removing the SD card. It is located on the left edge of the Cyber Commander. Press in and it should pop out.

Wow!!! Who knew?? Seems to work fine now! Thanks a million!!!!!
I don't quite know what to do with the SD card, so I just put it in a bag in the original Shipping box. Or should I reinsert in the CC? It has always lived inside it, I guess. Thanks a million! Happy camper.

You can try reinstalling the card as is, and see if the problem persists (removing it again if it does).

Or, you can leave it out, and/or replace with a new card (SDHC is OK).

Or you can reformat to FAT16 or FAT32 and reinstall.
