Hello,

I just used the wireless CyberSync set up with a 1600 on Friday with no problem. Now it seems the Transmitter isn't working. I changed the battery (brand new) and tried plugging it into my camera. Nothing worked. now the little red light won't even come on.

I think it is about 5 years old. Would it just die? And if so, I am in NYC. Is there any way to get a new transmitter by tomorrow? (Tuesday, Sept. 8th).

We are closed today, so the earliest we can get a replacement to you is Wednesday, if you ship next day air.

First thing to try, though, is flip your battery over. The positive (+) side should go face down into the battery drawer.
