| Post subject: | Brand new light won't flash |
I have the AB 800's a set of 4 and one of my lights won't flash. The center bulb that screws in will flicker on and off and then sometimes it will come on and stay on then when you flash the unit it will go off and stay then a little while later it will come back on and flicker.. First time using them today.. what do i do I need these lights by friday and don't have time to send it in? |

Turn off and unplug light. Let it sit for about 15 minutes. Make sure model lamp (center bulb) is screwed in completely. If not, remove bulb, look inside socket and pull out on metal tab inside. Reinstal bulb. Also make sure the flash tube is firmly seated. Press down on all 3 legs. If tube is seated, swap tubes with a known working light. If that works you know it is a bulb issue, if not it is a head issue. If the issue is not reolved, contact customer service monday morning, they will get you taken care of as fast as they can |
