The Buff White Beauty dish is on backorder and I need to get one for an upcoming shoot. Does anybody know another company's dish that will fit on an Einstein?

Have you checked with our sales staff to see how long the wait will be? I believe this is expected to be a short back order situation.

Mola makes a bunch of different sizes
Kacey makes a 22" Mola Demi copy
Speedotron makes a 22" Mola Demi copy
There are a few on ebay that'll also fit the Balcar/AB mount.

All the name brand ones cost $200+, but have the cool ridged pattern ;)

I use a 22" Mola Demi dish with my Einsteins. I have the Kacey PCB adapter ring for mounting it. Works great. Mola stuff is expensive though and waiting out the Buff dish may be worth it for ya.
