Post subject:  CSRB vs. CSRB+

Hello,

I was curious as to what the remote jack is for on the CSRB+?
2, I will be investing soon and wanted to know what the difference was versus the CSRB? and
3, In what way does CSRB+ function as a trigger? Is it like the PW plus 2? ( i will be using 2 CSRB+ as receivers for both off-camera speedlites and 2 AB800 strobes) Please clarify

1. the remote jack on the +'s allows them to link up to AB & White Lightning units to control flashpower remotely when used with a Cyber Commander.

2. Using the CST with either CSRB or CSRB+, all the flashes set will fire.
Using the CC with CSRB , all the flashes will fire.
Using the CC with CSRB+ ,all or any individual or group will fire, adjust flashpower output or meter based on your input.
Using both CST & CC - you meter, adjust power & test on lights (whether independent, grouped or all) with CC in hand and use CST on camera to trigger the last selections you made with cc.

3. CSRB+ isn't a trigger, you'll need either a CST or Cyber Commander (or both, depending on your requirements) to trigger the CSRB+ or CSRB units. It's suggested if you're thinking of using the Cyber Commander at any point, you should go with the CSRB+'s, otherwise the CSRB should work for most other cases.

hope this helps.
