Can the cybercommander do ambient light readings apart from flash readings ?

Would be very interested in that coz it is very useful when mixing ambient light with flash.

No.

Uhh - excuse me TS, CC can take ambient reading without flash. Just click it to a channel with no flash unit assigned and push "Meter". That will read the ambient/ Then click to "All" to fire and meter all flash units. This reading will include the contribution of ambient, as will any other flashmeter.

yes.... Thank You for that tip. I had asked Tech support and the answer was also NO. It works.... Yippee!

And you can vary the ambient measurment duration in full stops as well.
