I Send many many mail to your tech team email.
but not once receive the mail

i bought vb2 ,but it cost too much shiping fee so i bought with out the batterty. so i had to look for replacement battery so i try to use 12V 18ah charge pressure Float 13.8V cycle 14.4V. Will there be no problem? I looked at Tech board, Sunny sw12200 battery also has Float 13.8V 14.4 V, i know VB2 internal charger output is 13.85V app. 4a . So can i use 12V 18AH SLA battery, with VB2 internal charger? So if i take care of it as real battery , will i be fine? please get back to me ASAP .

Yes, you can use the VII inverter to charge that battery the same as you would the normal battery that would ship with it.

There is not a whole lot of details to explain. The VII charger is designed to charge a 12V battery. The original VII battery is 20Ah and you have a 12V 18Ah battery. The only difference is it will take slightly less time to charge, and you will get slightly (10% or so) fewer shots per charge. The inverter can easily handle this with no damage to the inverter or battery.
