We just ordered a Vagabond II and used it on Alien Bee 1600 on location once. And after that it will no longer charged and the green light or red light won't come on anymore when its fully charged. All it does is a faint lit when I plug it in the wall and will not power my alien bee. By the way this Alien Bee is under my friends name and he is in Budapest do I have to wait for him to send it for repair or send it and used his address.

If no lights are coming on, check the fuses. The unit can be sent at anytime by anyone, but if it is a new unit, I recommend you contact customer service first.
