We have a CyberSync CSRB receiver and a CST transmitter. It appears the CSRB will not receive signal from transmitter. (Will not fire)

We put new batteries in and hooked it up to a power pack, and it would not fire from the CST transmitters. The power light was blinking, but it did nothing else. We tried another CSRB and CST combination on the same camera and power pack, and they worked fine. We tried different combinations of things (different CST, different CSRB, different camera, different power pack, etc.)

Any suggestions? Is this something that needs to be sent in for repair or do I need to buy a new one?

double check your frequencies. be sure you are using the deeper darker end of the dial's notch as your frequency selector. When changing frequencies, feel for the detent (click), Also, it may take a test or two to resync the frequencies.

Will the reciever fire the light if you use its test button? Is the reciever's LED blinking red when the transmitter sends a signal?
