Hello, I have the CST and CSRB. I'm having probelms getting them to fire. I've had them for about a year now. Anyhow, I have replaced the CSRB batteries, the green lights flashing, but the signal isn't reaching it. I pressed the test on my CST, it test fires ok, and flashs one time a red light. After that, when I try to take my picture, it won't fire. I was wondering if the one red flash on the CST meant the battery is going out...sometimes after waiting a few minutes, then it will fire, but most the time, it's not firing...any help is appreciated!

If the battery on the CST is going bad, then the LED on the CST should blink multiple times. Does it fire consistently from the test button, but not from the hot shoe? or is it inconsistent all the way around? If it is inconsistent from both, the battery may still be suspect, particularly if the LED does not light up everytime the button is pressed.

Thank you for your response...I went and bought a replacement battery late last night and it did fix the problem. Seems if the battery is drained completely, then it will only blink once...instead of twice. Maybe it's because it was so drained it couldn't handle doing the twice blinking! Anyhow...I'm so happy it was only the battery...now I'm back to shooting...that's what I get for not using this all the time!
