Hi, I have 2 B 400 & 1 B800. I have been using a radio slave flash trigger for the remote control and it was fine until recently the images
I take with the flash lights show only half of the subject. It looks like the shutter only half open. I tested
my camera with my buit in flash and the images are fine. Please advise. Thank you.

Be sure you are shooting in manual exposure mode. Then make sure your shutter speed is below the published x-sync speed (specified in your manual, typically 1/160-1/250). When the pop up flash is used the camera automatically set the shutter speed appropriately.
