Finally got my E640's and the commander but is it me or is it impossible to navigate right using the left control. There is a left arrow but you cant go left. I hate scrolling through all the channels when I want to scroll back and forth. Is this expected Cybercommander behavior? If so I would like to make a request for enhancement. I gave up and just ended up walking over to the lights for changes.

E640's are amazing coming from AB's and the slider. :-)

Is the button not moving to the left, or is the CC not responding? Either way it is likely to need to be exchanged. Call Customer Service on Monday, you will get taken care of.
