I received the gel filter holders today and already own the LitMod Unit mainframe and the gels. How do the gel holders hold the gels into the mainframe? Do they just fold over the gels and slide into the mainframe without anything holding the holders together?

That is one option. Alternatively, you can staple them closed, sandwiching the gel inside.

Thanks.. it sounds to me like a staple in the corner is the suggested method and that is what I will do.

I just hold the gel and holder sandwich together with a couple of bulldog clips. No need to make a permanent committment with stapling.

Thanks for that idea.. Just large paper clips might work pretty good too
