There seems to be some confusion in Australia as to when we will actually be
receiving our Einstein products.
Some believe that you have said that we will not be receiving them until all
US orders are fulfilled, thus negating our pre-orders and leaving us hanging
on for another two - three months.
However, your President and CEO has said that we will be served in
order-number order..............

You'll have to take up the time issue with customer service - I don't know
what position the AU orders are on the list.
They are being processed in the order received.
Can you please give a definitive response, was Mr Buff correct and we are
getting them in order-number, or were these words "less then correct" and we
have been pushed to the bottom of the list ?
