I am writing from the UK and I have been offered a couple of Bowens lights at a very good price. I have an alien bees flash as well as AB softbox and octa.
Does anyone on here know whether there is a speedring adapter that can be bought so that I can use my AB softboxes on the bowens lights?

Unofficial, but it works. This will replace the insert on your AB softbox and make it fit on a Bowens S-Mount.
