Hi ... right now im really upset... i was starting to make my firmware update ... i pick up my micro sd card ... start to put it in the einstein card and it fell right inside the einstein not the card slot and yes i was putting it in the right place... i mean what the hell just happened??? The card is inside the einstein... if i shake the einstein i can actually listen the card going back and forth inside . Now no card ... no update ... einstein with an extra issue... and i dont know what problem can occur from that situation...

It sounds like the card was not inserted at a 90 degree angle, and went between the body and the card slot. It is possible the card could short something in the light, and we strongly recommend it to be sent in for service.

The problem is that im in Portugal and at this time i really need the einstein working... And if i send it ill be without it a long time not to mention the extra expense ...

I guess the gap between the housing
and the card slot on all the Einstein units may be too wide.

Paul could you please address this on future Einsteins, I have a lot of faith in
your products and your willingness in listening to your customers(I wish your
company make more stuff} thanks. ;)
