sorry if this was already covered... i simply could not find it as the search function on these forums are terrible. searching for: commander cyber trigger sb600 i get the following error... The following words in your search query were ignored because they are too common words: commander cyber sb600 trigger :? anyways...here is my scenario...i have: cyber commander einstein cybersync tranceiver. everything works fine. but i now want to trigger my nikon sb600 speedlight as an extra off camera flash using the cyber commander. I want to buy the speedlight foot adapter, but am not sure which receiver to purchase. the cybersync receivers blatantly say "not for use with cyber commander" the cybersync Plus receivers looks like the way to go, but i am not sure if these can connect to the SLFA - at least, not from what i can tell from the pictures. can someone please verify that the Plus receivers can connect to the SFLA and trigger some speedlights? Thanks! |

You will want the CSRB+ reciever, and it comes with the cables needed to connect to the SLFA. While the CSRB will technically trigger with the CC, it is unable to differentiate the channels, and will not allow individual light metering, grouping, etc. This would not only have a detriment to the CC functionality with the speedlite, but also with the E640 as well. You will not have remote power control of the speedlite when using Cyber Commander. |
