I recently received my beauty dish. It wasn't damaged during shipping, but it is not round. I am wondering if this will affect my ability to use a grid when I get one. Thanks in advance for any input.

Depends on how out of round it is.... I'm guessing it is a lot since you noticed it. Can you give some idea of how out of round it is? Maybe the length and width of the oval?

Depending on how out of round it is, it may or may not make a difference in how it looks, how it projects light, and how it accepts grids. If it is problematic, let Customer Service know, and they will make it right, contact info is in my signature.
