I currently have Alien Bees that I trigger with Pocketwizard II's. I also trigger my camera with a PW while moving around my set. Is there a way to remotely trigger my camera using the Buff triggers?

Yes, but with limitations. CyberSync will not support AF, so the camera will need to be in Continuous or Manual focus (or the camera will lock into the focus selected when the reciever is connected). You will need a pre-release cable. The one you use for your PW may work, or may not, depending on its design. Flash Zebra has cables that have worked for every camera we have tested. Also, CSRB's are the best for camera triggering, again working with every camera we have tested. In our experience, CSRB+'s work fine with Sony and Canon, but behave differently with Nikon and Pentax.
